Grinding-wheel grain extraction

Extracting individual diamond grains from Keyence VK-X110 laser-scan height maps of a grinding wheel: per-grain base-line detection, a solid-closure rule that adds no unmeasured surface, and STEP export of grain solids for contact simulation.

Built a browser review tool that adjusts each grain's base line, records accept/reject verdicts, and drives the CAD bake.

Sliding Stretch-Bending

A wire-forming process that produces multi-radius TAVI (transcatheter aortic valve implantation) medical wires in a single draw, reducing manufacturing time.

Autoinjector failure diagnostics

A failure-diagnostics framework built from high-speed video of stopper–drug air-compression dynamics, enabling non-destructive detection of plunger-actuation failures and needle blockages.

Co-developed an extended-Bernoulli model predicting injection time across design and fluid parameters; characterized the injectability of microparticle formulations.

Medical-wire manufacturing

Extended wire-straightening capability from 0.2 mm to 0.1 mm diameter by maximizing plastic deformation through reduced curvature radii.

Designed a magnetic oil-filtration system and robotic-arm welding components in Inventor.

02 — Projects

AI-assisted engineering

Systems where a model does bounded work inside guardrails I designed, and the output is verified before it ships.

Walk agent navigating a product, from the demo video

01 — Agent

Winner · NVIDIA Agent Hackathon · GTC Taipei 2026

Walk

An autonomous web agent that drives a live product and renders the walkthrough as a video.

Nemotron 3 Super 120B acts inside a NemoClaw sandbox under seccomp and network-policy guardrails. A sandboxed discovery pass logs actions that a host-side performer replays into the finished video — so untrusted page content never reaches the host.

A 12-target evaluation suite with independent grading raised task success from about 58% to about 92% and cut mean run time 46%. Selected by NVIDIA judges for “innovation and technical use of NemoClaw”; demoed at GTC Taipei and on NVIDIA's livestream.

02 — Product

Filmo

Agentic launch-film producer.

It opens a live product page in a headless browser, diagnoses the conversion gap, plans and prices the cut, gates production behind a credit system, and renders a 1080p film from a curated scene library on a Railway worker, with automated delivery checks.

Luceo Studio

Studio for technical explainer and product films.

Claude Code agent skills chain web research with programmatic Remotion (React/TypeScript) rendering. 10+ films shipped, three sold to paying clients.

Delimar

Seafood processor in Costa Rica.

A bilingual company website — Next.js, 248 static routes, structured data — live at delimarcr.com.

An AI retouching pipeline turned phone photos of packaged products into 25+ retail-grade 2K packshots now live on the product pages, with an exact-logo QA rule and an approval gate before publishing.

05 — Prototype

ThermoLens

An iPhone prototype in SwiftUI and ARKit: on-device OCR of a printed free-convection problem, an isothermal-vertical-plate solution via Churchill–Chu correlations (Ra, Nu, h, q), and an AR flow model. The language model cannot invent boundary conditions.
